PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Decades Of Operating
And Business Experience

Russell A. Stamm is an entrepreneur, operator, and business executive with decades of experience building and managing businesses across travel, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, and investment-related transactions.

Earlier in his career, Stamm founded and operated Mundus Enterprises, Inc., a diversified travel-services company that included five retail travel agencies, four off-airport parking operations, a destination and convention management business, and a network of approximately 60 franchised travel-related private and technical schools. The business was later sold to Carlson Companies.

Stamm later co-founded Vector Enterprises, Inc., where he has served in senior leadership for decades. Through Vector, he has been involved in the development and marketing of third-party telecommunications products, web-based services, mobile-industry products, and other commercial initiatives. He has led the company since its early years, with his involvement dating back to 1987.

His background also includes experience with direct shareholder-acquisition and mini-tender transactions, providing familiarity with acquisition mechanics, shareholder communications, transaction processes, and privately negotiated investment interests.

ROLE AT AIL

Operations And Execution At
Alternative Investment Liquidity

As Chief Operating Officer of Alternative Investment Liquidity, Stamm oversees transaction operations, acquisition processes, financial coordination, and execution across the firm's alternative investment activities.

He works closely with AIL's leadership on investment review, pricing considerations, transaction structure, documentation, buyer coordination, transfer requirements, and the operating processes required to move potential transactions from initial evaluation through completion.

Stamm also participates directly in evaluating potential acquisitions and helps coordinate the operational details involved in privately negotiated transactions involving illiquid alternative investment positions.

His role combines decades of operating-company experience with direct involvement in acquisition analysis, transaction mechanics, documentation, and execution.

DIRECT ACQUISITIONS

A Direct-Purchaser
Perspective

Stamm is the sole member and manager of Baron de Biltmore LLC, an affiliated purchasing entity used in certain direct acquisition transactions.

Through this role, he participates in the evaluation and acquisition of illiquid alternative investment interests, including transactions involving non-traded REITs, Delaware Statutory Trust interests, limited partnerships, and other privately held investment positions.

This direct-purchaser perspective informs the evaluation of transferability, documentation, ownership structure, transaction complexity, market demand, and the practical requirements involved in completing a secondary-market transaction.

OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Building And Managing
Complex Businesses

Across his career, Stamm has built, operated, and managed businesses spanning travel, telecommunications, technology, regulated manufacturing, and investment-related transactions.

His experience includes company development, acquisitions, business operations, product commercialization, financial management, vendor and strategic-partner relationships, transaction coordination, and the development of scalable operating processes.

Stamm also participated in regulated manufacturing ventures alongside Ferrel H. Raskin, adding experience in complex operating environments involving regulatory requirements, commercialization, manufacturing processes, strategic partnerships, and business development.

That operating background contributes to AIL's emphasis on understanding not only the investment itself, but also the transfer procedures, documentation, counterparties, and administrative requirements necessary to execute a potential transaction.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Alternative Investment
Acquisition And Execution
